1. Work Hard, Party Harder!

Hustling through a 9-5 job is tough. It makes you impatient, irritable and stressful. There is nothing better than letting loose in a party. Having fun with music, dancing & drinking feels rewarding and relieves stress after a hard day’s work.

2.  A Night out, work out: Dancing.

You might not just realise what an extensive workout your body can go through in just one night of partying. Dancing in a club on a regular basis can increase the health of your heart and lungs. Dancing also lowers the risk of dementia and osteoporosis and acts like an aerobic workout.

3.  Boost your Social Life

Parties are a great place to meet people. Interacting with friends helps in releasing Serotonin- ‘the feel good hormone’. Who knows you may just meet “the one” at a party!

4.  Strengthen your Networking game

Networking is a muscle and party goers have been using that muscle for years. Partying improves your networking skills that work both ways, professionally & personally. Getting out of your comfort zone & making conversations with strangers starts coming naturally to those who party.

5. Drinking in moderation is good for you!

Drinking at clubs on a regular basis can also make you a booze expert. You can totally use this knowledge to impress your boss, colleagues, friends and significant other! And, yes, you’ll be able to out drink them all as well. How is this not a good thing?! 😉

When you are surrounded by positive people, great music and the right atmosphere, your heart will open up and your body will thank you for that.  The endorphins in your body will lead to higher immunity, better metabolism, glowing skin, healthy hair, and an improved outlook on life.
