How To Throw A Dope Boys Night Out

According to research done in the UK, men need a ‘boys night’ at least once a week. Somebody tell your lads lasses’ this so you can get the band back together for a night of good ol’ fashioned boys night! A night where you don’t have to “behave yourself” and can actually behave yourself, a “no holds bar” boys night, a night of unlimited drinking because nobody needs to be taken care of and nobody needs to go anywhere. An all round EPIC night, basically!

1 Drinks

Get your regular favorite drinks, the whiskey the vodka and the rum (do you really need wine for a GENTS night?) your mixes and your soda, and don’t forget plenty of ice. Some manly cocktail drinks for boys night include but are not limited to :-

1. Gin & Juice :: comes Snoop Dogg recommended. A cocktail made of gin, grapefruit, and orange juice.

2. Whiskey Sour :: The name alone takes the cake for ranking among the top manly drinks if you skip the cherry.

3. Jagerade :: It’s a mixture of Gatorade and jagermeister, get you messed up and helps your electrolyte intake.

4. Sidecar :: A classic cocktail made up of triple sec, cognac, and lemon juice – No Sugar. Not the manliest cocktail ever, but tougher than the average martini.

5. Goldrush :: A shot made up of bourbon, lemon juice, and honey will put some hair on that bare chest of yours.

6. The Godfather :: A sophisticated blend of bourbon or whiskey and amaretto served in classic whiskey glasses.

7. Dirty Martini :: Shaken not stirred, like 007.

2 Food

Who needs fancy food? All you need is some good finger food like sausages, kebabs, nachos and chips, some barbequed chicken and delicious chicken wings. And it’s not a boys night without pizza and burgers! (at least nobody’s going to be reminding you about your cholesterol). And you cannot forget the masala peanuts!

3 Games

A fun games for boys night would be most likely. At least then the gang can let the certain lad know they shouldn’t be doing what they’re thinking about doing. Or you can man up with some good old poker.

4 Decorations

Clean the table for poker and alcohol, YA BRUTE !

5 Safety First

If one of the guys can’t stay back, for whatever reason (*cough* wife *cough*), you wouldn’t want him driving back drunk. So make sure you download Uber and Ola. Check out our post on how to party responsibly.

6 No Girls Allowed

I think we have enough time with our ladies, this IS a boys night, physically and technologically, so no mobile interruptions. It’s time for freedom. One way to ensure this, is when the lads enter they can deposit their phones into a ‘phone box’ (that’s kept aside of course)so there aren’t any ‘unwanted disturbances’.

7 Party Playlist

No one would like to be at a party where the music is bad. Make sure you have a playlist ready the night before the party, plug it in the time your guests start coming in. Leave your party mixes for the end of the night and rage the night away! Make sure there is music for everybody, and don’t be limited to your music.

Its a boys night, so let the gossip flow( don’t deny it!), let the alcohol flow, let the food crawl and flash back to the good old days, because that’s what a boys night is all about. And we need it. Just ask the scientists in the UK!
